NG vs. NE: Neutral Evil is Victorious!

No problem, he'll sit still then and just (hopefully) finish Lassie off.
I must say I'm really surprised Aegorus hasn't faced multiple save-or-die rolls, I'll have to look arcanaloths up. I remember being impressed with (presumably advanced) arcanaloths in somone's story hour...

Aegorus hits with three times for 50+30-45. Lassie is dead.

The grease remains (22 CL check), but Aegorus does not slip in it (25 Ref save).

Next for NE in round 357: a black ethergaunt. (FF)

Nothing appears to enter the arena. It is your move, Aegorus.

Gansk[sblock]I am going by the assumption that Grace Jones cannot enter the arena in the Material Plane. She appears in the Ethereal Plane at 100N60E. The first four rounds she will cast mage armor, shield, greater invisibility, and plane shift (holding the charge on the last one). The fifth round she will move to the Material Plane, move next to Aegorus if he has moved, and touch him on the sixth round.

What is the first level spell endurance?[/sblock]

Aegorus lifts off getting high enough to visually scan the southern half of the arena, then waits for his opponent to arrive...

If by chance he does see someone south of the wall, then he'll want to swoop around and blast them with lightning breath, so get back to me and I'll name a final position.

But I'm guessing we he won't see anyone south of the wall, so he'll land back at 95n50e to be clear of the grease and has no other actions if they're off hiding, except for this one-round prep:
[sblock]
and ready a lightning-blast for when the opponent shows up
[/sblock]

Nothing appears after the one round prep. You get another round, Aegorus. You might want to set up a program for the next few rounds.[sblock]During the spell casting, Grace will step to 100N65E.[/sblock]

Infiniti[sblock]I am guessing that when Grace appears, she will be breathed on with a readied action, extending the combat. If not, she will accept the draw.[/sblock]

Round 358: Aegorus heals to 418 hp, doesn't slip in the grease (11 Balance), and doesn't see anything.

Round 359: Aegorus heals to 420 hp.

Round 360: Aegorus heals to 422 hp.

Round 361: Aegorus heals to 424 hp. He then senses the appearance of something at 100N65E and breathes at it.

Something:[sblock]You don't dodge (16 Ref save) and take 90 sonic damage. You survive the massive damage and have 14 hp left. You are shaken (27 Will save). Endurance is bear's endurance, it should not be a 1st level spell. You get another magic missile instead.[/sblock]

Aegorus:[sblock]You can breathe again next round.[/sblock]

Round 362: Something touches Aegorus (28+2 touch). Apparently nothing happens (27+2 CL check).

Aegorus heals to 426 hp. His turn in round 362.

Gansk[sblock]Well, if I knew I had another magic missile, I would have cast that instead.[/sblock]Go ahead, Aegorus. Just try to do something against Something; I dare you.

Aegorus breathes at the something again, hoping it is having some kind of effect.

Aergorus has the sinking feeling that he'll fast-heal up to max hp and then lose a save-or-die effect against one of these beasties.
