Okay, this is Round 154, right?
Proteus: 110n90e (invisible)
Other: 115n90e (invisible)
Jurathor: 95n95e:105n105e10z

[sblock]
Buffs: Aid, Prot from Evil
The latter may be particularly important if the other is a summoned creature.

Jurathor will shuffle slightly to the side and unleash the full draconic fury of bite, claw, wings, and tail upon Proteus.

5ft step to 90n90e:100n100e10z
Full Attack on Proteus (since all my attack have at least 10 ft reach)

It is Jurathor's turn in round 153. Jurathor is originally at 100N90E, 5 feet NW of where you have him (he had to move into Proteus' space to grapple). The other two positions are correct.

Round 153: Jurathor steps back 5 feet SE to 95E95E (21 Fort save) and wails on Proteus.

Um, actually he misses completely (natural 1 with bite, failed miss chance on all the rest!).

Round 154: The other is blown down (13 Fort save), but is too far away to make a full attack anyway? (115N90E vs. 95N95E?)

Proteus stands up and hits (rolled 37) for no damage (DR 13+).

The scorching ray hits (27 ranged touch) but has no effect (19 CL check).

Jurathor (with 163 HP) hits with one claw and two wings (the other attacks missed due to invisibility; worst hitting roll 34), but only the claw inflicts any damage. Jurathor inflicts 15-10=5 points of damage. Proteus has 63 HP remaining.

Round 155

Proteus is blown down (11 Fort save). It is Proteus's and the other thing's move.
