NG vs. NE: Neutral Evil is Victorious!

Round 123 (Cont'd)

Jurathor cannot tell if his opponent is affected.

Greybar[sblock]The opponent does not know what or where you are, so I do not see how it can be frightened by your presence. Jurathor can breathe again in round 127.[/sblock]Pol[sblock]You get hit by a wave of sonic energy, which you do not dodge (20 Ref save). You take 53 points of sonic damage, and have 41 HP remaining.[/sblock]

Pol is upset that he cannot see his opponent. Blindsight apparently ain't all it's cracked up to be. :) Did Gansk not mention that Pol as blindsight 60ft?

Oh, yes he did. I looked for it and did not find it, but I was apparently looking at the wrong line. Pol can discern wings. I am pretty sure I know what Pol is going to do for its standard action, but you should tell me its move action before I resolve it.

Round 124

Jurathor feels something grab his wings (CL check 34) and snarl them (30 vs. 21 Strength check). Jurathor stalls and falls prone at 20N80E, taking 6 points of damage in the fall. As he falls past Pol, Pol claws him (rolled 37) for 13 points of damage. Jurathor has 269 HP remaining.

Jurathor sees his opponent at 20N70E - a large, blue, wormlike monster with clawed arms and legs and a blunt, circular maw for a head. It is Jurathor's turn.

DR does not prevent falling damage, as far as I know. If it does, Jurathor has 6 more hit points. I forgot to mention that Jurathor can tell that Pol has been cut up and damaged.

Jurathor misses Pol because of the fog (06%). Pol is not cowed by Jurathor (28 Will save).

OOC: There was a long and hot debate on DR vs. falling damage. Ask Gansk for his ruling, which I believe is the same as mine: DR doesn't apply.

Pol moves away westward from Jurathor, provoking an AoO. Pol action after that AoO is resolved: [sblock] Stop at 5n50e expecting to stay out of his opponent's visual range, but not realizing his opponent has blindsense. Then, electrical energy blast, to help with piercing spell/power resistance. [/sblock]
