Why Simone Biles, Jordan Chiles bowed down to Rebeca Andrade after Olympic floor final

Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles, as a part of a podium of all Black women, decided to show respect to the new floor champion, Brazil's Rebeca Andrade.

That moment was beautiful. My son is an almost-teen gymnast (recreational) who has been admiring Simone’s impossible feats since before he could pronounce her name.

Such a wonderful display of good sportsmanship (sic) from galaxy-class athletes.

So .... I have now seen Breaking as an Olympic competition.

Have to say, I am mightily impressed! It is certainly a lot better than some other things that they have, like dancing horses and golf.

Hats off to all the B-Boys and B-Girls that are bringing it! And while the Australian competitor (Raygunn?) was outmatched, no need for hate. She got up there and did it, which is more than most. Also, I think she is at a disadvantage, since I have it on good authority that gravity works differently down there.
