Oh damn, my bad. I always play humans and I mis-read the Darkvision description! You are completely correct. I have been giving the PCs with darkvision in my home campaign far too much of an advantage... >.< I actually like this much more!

How big is this room, is it small enough that I can snatch up the daggers and hop back down the hole? I am assuming that since the spider backed up the wall that we do not need to take the Disengage action?

The room is small enough that you can grab something and get down into the room below. Acrobatics check (DC11) to jump down both sets of rickety stairs and get to the lowest floor if you want. The spider is out of reach (never quite got into reach). So no disengage necessary.

I was hoping to hold out in the guard tower until the elves came back alright and picked up their stuff.

Uller, I can't find the post about pulling the pins on the bridge. What was the DC and how many would we need to pull to drop the eastern bridge?

I don't know if I assigned one. It's a completely made up additon to the area (I like to try to add intesting featureswhen I can). Let's go with one action to make a dc 11 check to pull on pin. There are four pins. You can bar the door and pull the pins from the inside...quaggoths will have a hell of a time getting in if bridge is down and door is barred (at least you would think)...but the can jump really well...

Ezraen has his gear, I believe I have that in a previous post, just not wearing his armor yet. I had assumed that everyone had their, but I guess Erevan was distracted.

I believe that Erevan ran straight to the tower he's in, now, and forgot to gear up... *embarrassed*

Well, don't feel too bad. I think Erevan would be ~very~ distracted by the thought of all the lovely things he could steal from Ilvara's tower. Soooooo if you look at it that way, it was just good RP.

Sorry...guys...got a little busy here the last couple days.

I'm sure there is no reason why someone wouldn't notice Erevan's gear and think it looks useful and take it along. Just sayin'

Our plan is to head back there, but I am hoping that Erevan can do his picking without getting himself poisoned! ^_^

I thought about picking up Erevan's stuff and ditching this tower, but it felt kinda sketchy. Surana just grabbed her own stuff and has been a bit busy since then...I didn't want to say she *~automagically~* knew to pick it up. She didn't even know the elves were gonna go for that tower till it was already happening.

If you're ok with it though...

(Or perhaps an NPC noticed and can pick it up, since they're just puttering around anyway.)
