D&D 5E (OOC) Vault of the Dracolich 5E (Full)

I'm all up for 3 groups. Assuming we still have the NPC' s for it. The northern group could split at the grove. Maybe Sesto could convince the Lizardmen that the cultists had betrayed them and murdered bob. They even left us evidence to use in that endeavor.

Guldred will pledge to help in whatever way you think is best. If you want him to escort the prisoners out, great. If you want him to stay and fight, he will. His task was to retrieve the Warfork or die trying. If he gets killed helping the people who helped him to get it, so be it. (That's his attitude, strange as it is.)

It would be simpler on everyone if the NPC's all left, and the PC's got split back into two groups. It would be Easier on us if the NPC's fought with us, providing good cannon fodder against the enemies.

So I'm torn between let's be simple and let's lower the difficulty.

I think that Udit's original pitch "you guys leave, let us duke it out, and come back in a week or two and get all the leftover stuff easy peasy" is becoming a *very* valid proposition.

Let's make 3 groups. 2 pc and 1 npc. So we have simplicity and canon fodder. (not in front of us, yes but, if they attack from an other side, it can help. )

They'll tell us their story after all of this, if they survive. And if we survive...

I can and will use my +1 Persuasion to its fullest. I also have a +3 Deception (How I fooled The Beast), maybe some intimidation help to give me a little advantage hmm... (haha)

//Dohll!!// There was another whole page. Again lol

Mord could always go in there and really lay on the moves. Maybe even come in as Bob and try to look the part. Only problem with that plan would be if he ends up having to act the part in front of them.
