D&D 5E (OOC) Vault of the Dracolich 5E (Full)

I’d like to edit the post. Thanks.
I will need to do that in an hour or so. I’m heading to a tropical beach for a nice walk. On holiday in far North Queensland.

Infiltrators
We need a good plan for this encounter. The Baddies are more than a move and a dash away from SnorLoska (40ft), so even if he rushes in he can't do anything before they attack. Being blasted by spells from 5 spell casters will not be good for the health of SnorLoska.
I'm also concerned what might appear from the far south end of the room and also about the "statues" in the current room. Those might spring to life very soon, indeed.
SnorLoska has a couple of antitoxin vials and 2 uses of rage left. That's it. Of course, he got his weapons, shield and darts too.
Options: 1. SnorLoska can move 40 ft (R14) and throw a couple of darts. 2. SnorLoska can double move to X16 and stand there as a target. 3. SnorLoska can double move to U20 in order to cut off the Baddies retreat.
I'm open for suggestions.

Drako and Kurzon are nearly down and Udit at half-max HP. And we haven't even finished this encounter yet. All our fights costs a lot of resources but I guess it is time for some healing anyway. So Sesto's dilemma is between healing and stopping the screaming cultists. Or the last chillborn... but if that one pops then both Kurzon and Udit will be ice showered again. With some coordination, Udit and Kurzon could disengage and move away while others are taking out the chillborn with ranged attacks.
I'm open for suggestions.

I was hoping to use a cantrip to divert their attention. Maybe the sound of a hysterically laughing barbarian coming from their nearby cave entrance. Buut, I could always just drop the evil darkness upon them. Of course, that would reduce my counterspell castings to one. And it's liable to be dispelled before doing much anyways.

@Infiltrators
About what Lorenn can do:

Flaming sphere them (area 15ft) - Frontal Assault (Plan A)
Grease them (10ft square) - Prevent runner and gives advantage at melee range (Plan A variant)
Stealth and strike - More subtle approach (Plan B)
Disguise self & deception - Very subtle approach (Plan C)

I was considering the disguise self option, but don't know who we could come in as that would be believable to them. Maybe if we were to successfully scout out some guards from another room. We could set up an ambush and draw them into it.
