Ok,

Telling Blow from Players Handbook II, page 83.

It allows the character to do sneak attack damage when the score a critical hit.

My question is, if you are already getting Sneak Attack damage due to Flank / Flat Footed would you get it twice? Once for the normal Flank and then once for the Feat? Or only once?

It doesn't state that you do, and in fact it goes out of the way to remind you that you don't get to multiply the damage. Normally two things that grant the same affect overlaps without stacking (if you have two abilities that let you add your Dex bonus to attack rolls, you don't get double your Dex bonus, for instance).

Because you would be allowed to do sneak attack damage, and allowed to do sneak attack damage. Being allowed to do sneak attack damage by two sources is not the same as being able to do double sneak attack.

Also, multiple applications of the same ability generally do not stack.

Just wondering why you would not get it twice?

It says 'add you sneak attack damage', or something like that, right? If you are already adding it, then any further abilities that allow you to add it are redundant. Just like you don't do double SA on someone who is flat-footed and flanked.

If it said something like 'add bonus damage dice equal to that provided by you sneak attack ability', then that would be a different matter.
