Again with the nekkid spellcaster ladies.

I swear, the only real beef I had with R&R1 was the part about magic creating body heat. I'd note that every picture of the female spellcasters made with the body showing, but all the male casters were covered up.

Hey I didn't write them! But believe me, if you want to see how good they are, just get the book. The Helliann are probably one of the better Tatoo focused spell casters I've seen. They have tatooes in places I didn't think COULD fit!

The males though are often castrated and/or killed if they display sorcerous power in Albadia. They've had problems with that due to both the Ledean Empire and the fact their own history had a couple sorcerorous kings leading them.

Maybe not, but some DO use coldweave, after all. It's a great commodity in the Scarred Lands.
