Ikni's sword is out of her scabbard in a flash, and she darts forward, heedless of the treacherous footing on the bridge. She leaps over Rhole, twists past Haruka, nearly falling, when the swampy water beside her explodes in a shower of detritus and small humanoid swings a pair of unnaturally long arms at the swordmage. The sinewy arms wrap around Ikni and the hands contain many tiny "teeth" that tear her, the arms moving to encompass her and crush the wind from her.
