"What a mess. It will take a week to rid ourselves of the stench of this place," Ikni says as she climbs out of the mire. Still, she tends to her sword first, wiping it mostly clean with leaves before digging out oiled rags from her pack and cleaning it properly. She also unbuckles the scabbard from her back and cleans it with quick, practiced motions before replacing the sword.
When she is somewhat dry, and her comrades begin to look less exhausted, Ikni motions toward the hag's hut. "I believe it would be prudent for us to investigate the late Lady's domicile. She was powerful, and likely to have valuable possessions. To the victor go the spoils; that is how it is done, is it not?"
ooc: Also, XP would be nice. Ikni has been level 1 for a long time.

No kidding. At first I was a little annoyed when people who started adventuring after us leveled up before we did. Then it was characters whom I approved for 1st level getting to 2nd before we did. Now there's a decent chance that the characters in the adventure I'm DMing are going to level up first.
However, before that can happen, I'm waiting for JNC to have enough time to post about how Ironheart's going to kick Haruka's head in for this latest stunt.[/sblock]

Alright, it's been a long time coming, but I think I got it right. It was pretty confusing, but I did my best. I've attached the spreadsheet with my determination of the awards.
I didn't spend time calculating the time xp for those who dropped out. Ata (IIRC) loses his DM credits for abandoning the game.
Time Gold will be awarded at completion of adventure.
To summarize(only active members below):
XP for Ikni/Derien/Haruka 1595
XP for Ironheart 1067
XP for Rhole 756
DM Credits - renau1g 2

I think you do both at the same time (overhaul as you level up) that way the judges only have to review it once.
Also, you can't level until an extended rest and I'd like the overhaul to happen after said rest because it stretches things too much to just *snap* you are now a pacifist healer (or whatever your re-build is)
