I think you do both at the same time (overhaul as you level up) that way the judges only have to review it once.

Also, you can't level until an extended rest and I'd like the overhaul to happen after said rest because it stretches things too much to just *snap* you are now a pacifist healer (or whatever your re-build is)

Derien picks up his bow, and staggers over to the hag's corpse. Addressing Rhole, he asks "Is it very magical? I'd like to know why she thought it worth her life."

“Hmm, lessee…”

Rhole detaches his goatee, which swiftly rolls up, and puts the string-less Great Ultra-Intense Thundering Audio Ripper away for a moment. Then he partially unrolls one of his sideburns - that turn out to have similarly ridiculous length - and thread a string of hair through the ring.

Rhole draws the hair-strings taut with one hand and softly plucks them with his other. The result is pure harp-like music, accompanied by a muted jingle from the ring as it tumbles around. The bard listens intently for a moment, and then shakes his head.

“Nope, this bling is just for show. At least it makes for a mad show.”

When she is somewhat dry, and her comrades begin to look less exhausted, Ikni motions toward the hag's hut. "I believe it would be prudent for us to investigate the late Lady's domicile. She was powerful, and likely to have valuable possessions. To the victor go the spoils; that is how it is done, is it not?"

“… And to the superstars goes the awards and groupies! You’ve got the right idea, rock chick. Which reminds me…”

Rhole looks about in confusion.

“Rock? Rock!”

Somewhere on top of the hut’s roof, the little gargoyle wakes up with a snap.

“Ready!”

“Make yourself useful, go check out the hut.”

Rock walks into the hut and reports what it sees to Rhole.

Oddly enough when Rhole studies the ring it does not appear to possess any magical characteristics...

The smell as you enter the hut assaults your senses. Rot and decay is so pervasive that your eyes water and throat burns. You do see a glint of a shiny pile in the corner. Despite the filth of this place there appears to be a small amount of platinum coins and a long, black rod half-buried under whatever the hag's last meal was.

It's 20 platinum pieces and a rod. The rest of the hut is little more than a pile of filth-ridden fey panther furs piled for a bed and the remains of numerous meals from the Lady.

“Eeeww!” comes the stone imp’s voice from inside, followed by erratic coughing.

Rock sticks its tiny head out of the door, pinching its nose.

“Well? It can’t be worse than the dung-flood accident when we played in that backwater halfling village. Why anyone would put a water tower’s worth of droppings in barrels susceptible to a few sonic booms I’ll never know...”

The little stone creature jibbers a brief report that is incomprehensible to Rhole’s friends, though they do pick up the occasional “smelly!” and “shiny!”

“So there’s definitely nice swag and some odds and ends in there. Most of it buried in filth.”

Alright, it's been a long time coming, but I think I got it right. It was pretty confusing, but I did my best. I've attached the spreadsheet with my determination of the awards.

I didn't spend time calculating the time xp for those who dropped out. Ata (IIRC) loses his DM credits for abandoning the game.

Time Gold will be awarded at completion of adventure.

My only nitpick: you get 2 DM credits/month of DMing, so renau1g gets 4 DM credits.
