Finwe nodded, his left hand across his waist and resting on his scimitar out of habit, "What would the Shadow want with Forngladden? he wondered aloud before turning his attention back to the present, "I am ready to ride whenever it is required of me. I do not, however, require payment. If it is truly the power of Shadow behind this, then greed will only get in the way."

Nurin's traditional Dwarvish nature comes to the Fore 'Now I wouldn't call it Greed to accept payment. Ever have the Folk of Durin the Deathless and the ELves given Gifts betwixt their Peoples for aid and favors. I shall accept such as Master Erelden can afford and not a penny more, for I have Kin in that good town as well, and they may require some recompense from myself and my brother to see them healthy again.I do not possess a horse, however, though a Pony or a wagon is more to my tastes...'

While helping Ganithlar with his armour Sydney tries to make conversation.

"This should make for an impressive tale in my repetoire. Valorous deeds and great acts of heroism are my preferred interest, but I guess I can't be picky, so I have an assortment of tales commited to paper," he says.

Finwe bowed his head slowly, "I did not mean offense to those who wish payment, sir Dwarf. There is simply a degree of payment that brings one to a greed that is not needed in life. Your goals seem noble enough..." the Elf smiled slightly, "A rare thing these days."

canting his head in return to Finwe the young Dwarf says 'No offense taken, my good fellow, and I meant none in return.'

After gathering his gear (fairly quickly he don't have much) Theolin gets downstairs with his brother Aye same here! Need for money is not high with my family in danger, riding on the wagon supplied by the smiths would be fine with me.

Gânithlar turns to Sydney and beams a comradely smile, "Rest assured friend, stay close by my side and you will doubtless witness more deeds worthy of the retelling."

When he is fully armoured he stands with a metallic creak, "We are all ready to depart then, yes? Then let us tarry no longer, the folk of Forngladden await."

"I just need to get my things together and saddle Kane," Sydney says.

He collects his things off the table he was sitting at at packs them away neatly before heading outside to ready his horse for travel.
