Great, but a lot of times well in my experience. See D&D is kind of my time I suppose, so sometimes it's like it's encroached upon I guess. But I see couples play together all the time.

Sometimes it works out
My wife is a semi- Gamer she does fun one-shots and CheapAss Games, reads KODT
but wont join a campaign. Rules dont intrest her at all and the time commitment is too much.
but she likes to listen to good plots, jokes and Player problems. Last night she played the happieness officer for a paranoia mission and she was the only one to loose less than 5 clones, running off at one point to join the communisits.

Julie, my pregnant wife who posts here every once and a while is a avid convert. I taught her to play a few years ago and now she keeps pressuring me to come up with better games, better plots, better campaigns. It's the pressure I tell you !!!

yeah, that's where i'm at. i'm much happier with a wife who can at least tolerate my hobbies.
