Ringworlds are cool in sci-fi. In fantasy, for my money, they kind of suck.

Shemeska said:Who says it has to be floating anywhere? Or that anyone knows where it is within any larger plane? People happen to wander in through portals, and exit via portals, but beyond the edge of the ring they simply see... Nothingness...
It'd be awesome if it's a location without a location, and a persistant mystery as to just where it is.

Shemeska said:Best case scenario they take some core elements and entirely reconceptualize the city, keeping as much of its spirit as possible, but not cramming in elements that don't fit with the new cosmology, or which appear to be overly forced adds of new 4e stuff like dragonborn. I'd rather see different than forced fit.
If there's still a Lady of Pain, A'kin the Friendly Fiend (not A'kin the friendly soldier-demon), my board namesake, factions and ex-factions, and razorvine and fog I'll be amused. I still won't use the 4e cosmology, but I'll be interested in the take on Sigil (in a nWoD way). And yes, that said, I'd give a kidney to have a hand in that reconceptualization.

I doubt dragonborn will gain a major presence in 4e Sigil, but neither should they be banished. Especially since Sigil is supposed to include all realities. Or is it your vision that the entire multiverse is completely devoid of draconic humanoids?
