Smallville 5-19-05 Season Finale (Spoilers)

Wow. Surprised to see there is not already a topic about this one.

Clark has to know that Chole knows something now. It will definitely be interesting to see what he does with that knowledge.

Not a total surprise that Lana was the one to see the spaceship. I think she was the one who broke what ever seal was in place that spaceship was called to her to get the stone back. When I saw that metor break up at the begining I said, That was a controlled explosion. Something is coming out of that.

I forgot to watch it. I've been so caught up watching LOST that no other show registers on my Wednesday night radar anymore.

So, what happened?

Well something Bruce Cordell would like to see, as his "When the Sky Falls" would be VERY appropriate here.

Basically BIG metor shower with possibly a new alien coming to Smallville:

Lex and Chole vanish in a stream of light.

Clark finds himself at (I believe) the Pre-Fortress of Solitude Artic/Anaratic. (Forgets which pole it was...)

Possible death of Jonathan and Martha at the hands of said shower.

Oh yeah and the preview for Batman Begins was TOTALLY killer!

Good episode. Now if only more episodes during the season accomplished this much it'd be more interesting. Not that they have to destroy Smallville every episode, but at least get something done so the next episode doesn't start from the same ground.

Tom Welling was really looking his age in the snow scenes. He looked fine the rest of the show, but at the end it was a big difference

Well, I had held out some hopes that it would be good, but those were nicely trashed. Ninjas? Dawson's Creek girl? A Batmobile that takes up two lanes? Eek.
