Sneak attack with TWF?

So, simple question, and yet I didn't find anything on this in my readthroughs of the PHB. With a rogue using TWF, is sneak attack damage counted for each hit? (As in, rogue catches enemy flatfooted, hits with both attacks - do you add sneak attack damage to both or only once?)

yes for every attack.

Had an arcane trickster that would cast improve invis then go in with rapier dagger two weapon fighting... he was a menace.

Yes, why not? The same applies with a high level rogue who is flanking the opponent-he does sneak attack even with his iterative attacks, at least according to the RAW. (Whether there is a "Sage Advice" which nerfs this, I don't know.) If you agree with sneak attack damage in the first place, why would you disallow multiple attacks from using the advantage gained from the opponent being flanked or flat footed?

This is why most combat-oriented rogues go with TWF, since you can do quite a bit of damage that way. You can often hit in the same ballpark as the 2H power attack guy, if you have some attack bonuses, and are fighting something vulnerable to sneak attack damage.
