Sneak Attacking a Rogue

Ok, I realize that you cannot catch a rogue (that is 4th level or higher) flat-footed. But, can you still sneak attack a rogue if you flank her?

Yes, unless the rogue has Improved Uncanny Dodge (8th Level). And sometimes even then, depending on the level of the rogue.

And specifically 4 more rogue levels, at least. So, for example, a 10th lvl rogue could be flanked and sneak attacked by Rog14 but not by a Rog13/Ftr5.

Or if the rogue would be denied it's Dex bonus to AC because of something other than being caught flat-footed or struck by an invisible attacker or if the rouge was Helpless.

You could sneak attack a Rogue if you successfully Feinted him in combat, or if he was grappled.

Actually, you can... but he doesn't lose his dex bonus to AC. However, he can't make AoOs, etc. so the distinction is important.
