I apologize if this has already been answered (which it probably has), but in that case this will hopefully have an easy answer.
Warlord with tactical presence and tactical assault. Let's see he has 18 int.
Wizard uses an action point and makes an area attack (say, Scorching Burst), with multiple enemies in the blast radius. Let's say the wizard is level 1 with 18 int.
Does the wizard (assuming no relevant feats):
a) attack each enemy @ +6 for 1d6+8 / each?
b) attack one enemy @ +6 for 1d6+8 and the rest @ +4 for 1d6+8 ?
c) attack one enemy @ +6 for 1d6+8 and the rest @ +4 for 1d6+4?
c) attack one enemy @ +6 for 1d6+8 and the rest @ +6 for 1d6+4?
The basic question is whether tactical assault & presence apply to the whole area attack, or just one attack, and whether tactical assault & presence apply (or don't) in the same situations.
The text suggests to me that tactical assault only applies to one attack, which of course would make it synergistic with area attacks, but I can hope...
