(OOC: Erekose--If Guile is to be believed, you have no need to cast Dispel on the seal (and indeed it likely will not work), but Laynie should be able to open it by touching it. They made all the ones Laynie was supposed to enter like that to be easier for her

As to Wisdom--you still have 2 Wisdom normally, but with the magic item from the room, you've got 4.

Speaking of which, I said I was going to give XP so the people who were resting could level, but I never did. Hogarth will be actually level 7 when it matters, so he can Restoration if you survive this fight and he isn't trying to kill you )

OOC: Ugh, we've officialy devolved into PvP (For the record, I lothe PvP. It's ruined every game I've ever had it come into play in)

"Do you really believe the others will let you keep what you truly want? Don't you think that they might take away the best stuff?"

"No, that's just Pride. She thinks she's better than everyone."

Close enough for my purposes. I guessed Arrogance. Ashna thinks as she states to Pride "They're dismissing you that easily? That's worse than I feared. Don't you deserve better?"

(OOC: I don't consider it PvP when some of the characters are under an Enchantment/Telepathy effect It wouldn't be an encounter with a vampire, for instance, if the Barbarian wasn't dominated )

"I know that I am her better, and that is all that matters...and as much as I am better than her? I am ten times that again superior to wretches like you. I shan't fall for your transparent and clumsy attempt to sow strife."

*Vanitri shakes the id-nymph off and charges Ashna and is unable to grapple because he just wasted his last turn drawing two swords and taking up both hands, plus Ashna is much stronger here than usual anyway, so he attacks her with his blade. His attack threatens a critical strike, but his follow-through is embarrassingly terrible. Fortunately, Ashna's AC is even more embarrassingly terrible, and the strike is a critical blow.*

*Hogarth puts up an area of Silence around Tenebrynn, Laynie, and Ashna. Meanwhile, Rinaldo charges forward at Ashna, the sound of his charge disappearing as he enters the Silence. Rinaldo's charge is clumsy--it would have hit Ashna anyway in normal circumstances, but Ashna's usually-slow reflexes are honed to a razor edge by her intelligence in this Astral stuff, and so she is barely able to dodge it.*

*Eve delays until after her Wraiths. The one that stood in a readied stance seems disappointed, but does so again. The one who shot fire at Tenny seems angry and casts a spell, firing a pair of Magic Missiles at the pixie which hit, though not with particular force (no pun intended). The greedy one that wants the robe Ashna is carrying tries another Phantasmal Killer. Once again, Ashna negates the spell's effect.*

"Sheesh, did you prep any more useful spells?"

"Well, my last spell had to be Enervation because ironically, that death spell wasn't Necromancy, and I have no desire to buff any of you with Transmutation. My spells are mine!"

"Enervation!? You should have led with that!...Hmm mistress, do you think Elpis could survive my Cone of Cold?"

"I'm afraid that she wouldn't, or I'd use my Delayed Blast Fireball or Prismatic Spray. I wish our beloved Mistress was here with her perfectly sculpted Meteor Swarms and her Horrid Wiltings!"

"Hmm...fortunately, I too have an Enervation."

*Pride shoots a ray of negative energy at Ashna that strikes the woman wizard and weakens her, mind, body, and soul.*

(OOC: Ashna takes a negative level!)

*With Ashna covered on two sides by Lust's new lackeys and Tenny still in Silence, Eve considers the situation under control, and so she moves into the Silence as well, unable to cast spells but ending directly adjacent to Tenny and Laynie.*

OOC: Actualy, I had a character charmed by a vampire, end result was character gone for 4 sessions and killed in the 5th by players. Game died 3 sessions later
