OOC: I think Tenebrynn just declare he will cast dispel magic on the door... Hogarth keeping his spell for healing if necessery, or dispel magic, whichever come more handy.

(OOC: It looks like he asked for others to agree to be ready before he opens it, perhaps because some of the party expressed anxiety at not being ready yet?)

(OOC: That too :p)

*Tenebrynn casts Dispel Magic on the door, targeted on the exact centre. Although it is clear that the magic is normally too strong for Tenebrynn to break unless he was exceedingly lucky, by focusing his power on the loose threads of magic, the entire seal unravels in an impressive flash of brilliant colours and releasing magical energy that twists through the air in a vortex of light. When the magic has been fully annulled, the writing on the door and the magical seal are no more, and the doorway seems to beckon the group to enter...if they dare.*

Rinaldo looks at Tenebrynn. "It seems to have worked..." Rinaldo approach the door and take a close looks, just in case other magical trap would have remained, even if at his first inspection, he had seen none. "I'll lead the way. Vanitri, stay close to me, a second pair of eye wouldn't hurt. Hogarth, you close the march with Tenebrynn."

Once everyone seems ready, Rinaldo open the door and lead the way in, keeping his wepaona nd shield ready and looking for traps and runes.

*As Rinaldo opens the door, he finds himself and the others bathed in a strange blue light. The door opens into an elaborate atrium inside the tower, which seems slightly larger than it did on the outside, though that may just be a trick of the architecture. Twin open staircases, one each to the left and right, extend upwards curving slightly as they do, each appointed with rich carpets. Straight ahead is a large double-door, and farther to the left and right than either of the staircases are doors set in the stone, one of which leads to a stony enclosed staircase leading down, the other of which seems to lead to rooms.*

*Rinaldo does not detect any traps on the entryway--he can only check about 10 feet in each direction, so he'll need to advance to keep checking.*

(OOC: I shall assume Rinaldo searches once for traps on each square, which means the group progresses 5' per 6 seconds or 50' per minute. Let me know if he wants to take 20 on each square and slow the group to a crawl)

OOC: We have no obvious reason that tell us there should eb a trap, but being cautious is fine, so I'll stay at 5' per 6 seconds.
