This species is not actually mine. It's actually a conversion of my friend's race from a different game system. I need some help with this one. Specifically the blank areas. Criticism and help of any kind would be appreciated. I need help with the base challenge rating and for the reach.

Hit Dice: 7d8+21 (52hp)
Speed: 40 ft, fly 80 ft
AC: 19
Attack: Claws +8 melee (1d6+6/x2)
Full Attack: Claws +8 melee (1d6+6/x2)
Space/Reach: 10 ft./10 ft.
Special Attacks: Psionics
Special Qualities: Darkvison 60 ft
Saves: Fort +9, Ref +5, Will +4
Abilities: STR 18, DEX 16, CON 16, INT 14, WIS 14, CHA 14
Environment: Any land and underground
Organization: Solitary, pair (1-2), or squad (4-6)
Alignment: Usually Neutral
Advancement: By character class
Level Adjustment:

The Kasol are a race of humanoids from a alternate material plane. They are accomplished warriors and never back down from a fight.

O.K. first a question.

What psionic abilities does it have? AS it is a 7HD creature, I would suggest it should have three powers. My suggestions are: Dimensional Slide, Concussion, and Body Adjustment, each useable 3/day, and the following psionic attack/defense modes, each usable 3/day as well: Ego Whip and Id Insinuation/ Empty Mind and Thought Shield.

Then some additional suggestions:

Saves are way off, a Humanoid only has one good save, usually Reflex. As these creatures are a warrior race, I would suggest using Fort as the good save instead, for a base save of: Fort +5, Ref +2, Will +2, before modifiers.

Base attack bonus should be +5 (3/4 of HD), as they are large, their actuall attack bonus should be +4 plus the Str mod.

I should have mentioned this but they are supposed to be a bit overpowered. In their universe, they are gentically engineered creatures. But this is just the base citizen/worker. They would get quite a bit more powerful based upon their exclusive classes.

The saves and attack bonuses have been changed to incoporate your suggestions and ability scores. Have not added psionics because I am not sure how they work yet.
