How would you stat this weapon? Here is what I did. What do you guys think?

Exotic Weapon
Size: Small
Dmg: 1d6
Crit: 18-20/x2
Weight: 2 lbs.
Type: Slashing

With a Valdris, you get a +2 on your oppossed attack roll when attempting to disarm an enemy (including the roll to avoid being disarmed if you fail to disarm your enemy.)
All Valdris are considered masterwork weapons.

I was thinking of using the stats for the Crescent Knife from Dragon, but I think it is too powerful.

That...looks...so...cool. Know would you mind if I cut it in half and use it for my monk(Its like a kama from what I heard!)?

Depends on the size of the weapon.

If it's a medium weapon, it's probably OK. A rapier does 1d6/crit 18-20, so adding the +2 to disarm in exchange for the Exotic Weapon feat would not be unbalanced.

If it's a small weapon, it's probably too tough - too much damage for the size - and you should either remove the +2 or take down the crit range.

Shall I ask you what were the stats for that Crescent Knife (I'm sorry but Dragon here is not that easy to find)? What issue is it from?

Anyway, the weapon seems balanced, although I'd cut the +2 to disarm, since it's already better than a Kukri, that's the only light weapon that has a 18-20 threat range...

I agree, I'd probably drop the disarm myself, it doesn't really look like a good disarming weapon to me. The increased crit range basically makes it a small rapier (which tends to be somewhat inline with how exotic weapons work).
