Some clever app creator needs to figure out a way to do proper duels ending in virtual death on the internet.

Liberal use of the Ignore feature is very similar to this. I am certainly losing some content from them, but with 40 prolific posters ignored, my enjoyment of the forum has improved immensely. Or rather, it slightly decreased but at the same time, my heart rate is much steadier as I avoid a lot of the threads that could start with "Thou should do..." or "Thou should no longer do..."

I love reading the five new posts on this board each day!

What about Gygax vs Arneson? May not rouse the newer generations of gamers like the grognards, but with all the recent history-of-dnd-books, I look forward to seeing this argument start trending on the what's new page again.

Ooo! That's a good one! Or we could start dredging up those threads about what is and what isn't "Dungeons & Dragons," from the earliest days of 3E!

"Would you buy LaNassa's Guide to 5e Old School Races? It includes rules to adopt AD&D's strength cap for female PCs. I'm unsure because it includes Orc as a playable race and I don't know if I want to allow PCs to play Orcs because they're evil."

Does that cover everything? Lemme see: race, alignment, orc evil, gronard, Lenassa, edition wars-ish, and other (sexism).
