Ah I forgot. They still got the canon operatives going through people's DM notes?Aren't you legally and morally bound to play with the lore as published for the edition you're playing?

I was under the impression WOTC sends Pickertons to your door the moment you step outside of canon.Aren't you legally and morally bound to play with the lore as published for the edition you're playing?
Will you have you're canon operative artillerists hike across the dessert?kicks artillerist out of office and into the street "I swear, they are like vermin, always under foot!"
That was supposed to be a reply to thisOk, now that the scolding portion of this thread is done, I would to love to hear what D&D and TTRPG vid/podcasts are worthy of a listen. I have my short list (see previous post), what is yours. I am always looking for the signal in a world of noise.
I will have to watch it later for sure@doctorbadwolf seems Insight Check noticed the same trend
Although it seems to focus on people still riding the "D&D is undermonetized" claim and current D&D Beyond announcements to claim the game will turn into Fortnite
You're right. At my own table, I can easily say Io didn't get cleaved in half, and I can run Chronepsis as a true god instead of just some greatwyrm. But honestly, whenever I sit down to prep their storylines, just remembering how badly the canon treats them really frustrates me. I'd rather play a system where the base lore already aligns with what I love, that's why I moved to PF2e.Can’t you just run the lore the way you want at your table?
