- Shadow of the Weird Wizard for great class customization using a Path system.

- Dragonbane for a gritty game and slow power progression.

- Fantasy AGE 2e for heroic fantasy with random action stunts. It's 3d6 instead of d20 but if you've played D&D it's very easy to get into.

And the non-D&D-coded stuff is even greater in number and more diverse. Eat the Reich! Deathmatch Island! Mothership! Monster of the Week!
Hard City. Tomorrow City. Untamed Worlds. Traveller. Paranoia. Discworld. Monty Python’s Cocurricular Mediaeval Reenactment Programme. Marvel Super Heroes. DC Heroes. Blades in the Dark. Star Wars. Star Trek. Lasers & Feelings. Honey Heist. Risus. Toon. Cartel. Masks. Call of Cthulhu…

So many games, so little time.

D20:
13th Age
Shadowdark
Nimble
Level Up

Non D20 Fantasy:
Daggerheart
Fabula Ultima
Ars Magica

Dragonbane on my list. Only dipped into it but it's great.

Basic Fantasy RPG for Mystara.
Castles & Crusades w/variant siege engine from the CKG for GH/FR mashup.
True20 with variant damage rules (I believe written by EvilHat?) for DragonStar/WH40k mash up.
WetWired! for Cyberpunk (SR6e just didn't work for me).
Was Mutants & Masterminds for super heroes (but Prowlers and Paragons won the day).
