D&D 5E When do you think they will announce the next book?

It does leave things open, but I also think that until they put out one of their twice yearly storylines without an associated AP book(s), it's fair to expect two AP per year.

So do I, I'm just pointing out that they've only ever spoken about "future storylines for D&D" - they've never explicitly stated that there will be two APs a year, or even any tabletop RPG products at all after Princes of the Apocalypse. I mean, you know what happens when you assume...

The Obsessive Fanboy class often has a love/hate relationship with the object of its obsession. Its a rather strange trait that's hard to roleplay. Goldomark does an impressive job of it.

Yeah actually I'm not so sure anymore if he was defending or criticizing WOTC. Maybe I'm just tired and not reading things correctly.

I think you misunderstood him. If anything he was defending WOTC.

He's pretty much been popping into lots of threads crapping all over WotC for some time now. My comment was about his overall negativity.
