Obviously, that'd be the Warlord, still at 0 sub-classes. ;P

Seriously, though, probably the Druid, because it's already fairly narrow, with Moon & Land already covering the classic class pretty well.

More Seriously, the structure of the Sorcerer class makes it /need/ sub-classes, so even if it has 5+, it could still use quite a few more.

Darn, you beat me to it. I saw that you posted and thought, "Ooh...I'm going go answer 'warlord'!"

Didn't you hear? Xanathar's is going to retcon all sub-classes and completely remove them from the game. If you buy it, it has a spell cast upon it that will erase all the sub-classes from anything else you have bought and you will just end up with a bunch of blank pages!

I believe Divine Soul is worth many times any other subclasses. (Going from what we last saw and the intro) It is quite flexible if not almost generic with little actual Divine hardcoding (Wings, lots of sorcerers have flying or wings, no ties to Radiant, even healing is optional now), there is a lot of room in the flavor, you don't really need an explicit connection to a deity. The only difference between "I just have a divine spark that gives me magic" and "I just have magic" is nitpicking.

The table of contents was accidentally teased on a D&D Beyond.
Three for barbarians, three for bard, two for druid, three for ranger, two sorcerer.
Three Sorcerer for AL purposes (PHB +1), since they are reprinting the .Storm Mage. Aside from Barbarians, those other new subclasses probably get new spells too.

I didn't know that...
It was only up for a couple hours before they removed the post. So you can't find it now.

I had a half-finished post with it cut-and-pasted but the formatting was a pain on the iPad and didn't know it would be pulled, so I deleted it. Oops. Guess we'll wait for the official preview.
