I put the most important part of the errata in my signature.

I really liked the creative ideas in this book, and especially the ideas of how to make psionics more playable and balanced, but they still managed to screw it up. When will they ever, ever, ever get psionics balanced with the rest of the rules!!!! This has to be because of that awful policy WOTC has of not using errata to fix anything they consider "playable" even if it even not how the author intended it to work. I would much rather they used the errata as an opportunity to fix things that were obviously mistakes. Oh, well, time for house rules, I guess.

Page 165: Mindfeeder Weapon Quality
The second sentence should be changed as follows:
Once per day, a mindfeeder weapon grants its wielder temporary power points equal to the total lethal damage dealt by a successful critical hit. The wielder must decide to use the mindfeeder ability after successfully confirming a critical hit, but prior to rolling critical hit damage.
Add the following sentence after the third sentence:
The wielder may not exceed his natural maximum power points per day using the mindfeeder ability.

Eric Noah's updated autocalculating XPH powers spreadsheet
Metamorphic Transfer is still way too good (well, at least they made the change, that it cannot be used three times per manifestation of Metamorphosis, as in the XPH version, but the way it works now, it still seems pretty overpowered for a single feat
