Mewtwo takes a closer inspection and follows the tracks...

If a yen move is generated at any time during the fight, the total yen available at the end of the fight is determined by multiplying the monsters yen factor with the total number of yen generated during the fight. Yen moves that are nullfied somehow by Dirty Trick or shove are still counted for this purpose. Yen may only be claimed at the conclusion of a fight, never at the beginning.

Ok you gain 1 yen. The tracks appear to be dog tracks. The come from the left side of the trail toward the right side of the trail

Mewtwo follows the footprints, taking caution to sneak up on whatever he might be following...

After a few minutes you enter a small clearing. It is a rocky area, with large stones sticking out of the ground. Here the tracks become muddled. It looks as though the same creature has been here many times or else there are more than one of whatever it is....

Mewtwo looks for a big rock and hides behind it, waiting for whatever left the tracks to come back...

Mewtwo hides behind a rock. After waiting for about ten minutes he/she/it sees a dog appear between two rocks. (It looks like it came out of a cave somewhere). The dog has black fur except for two white stripes (think skunk or the bride of frankenstein) going down it's back. It has red glowing eyes. It sniffs the air, growls, and howls

OW OWOOOO!

It then turns toward Mewtwo's hiding place and slowly approaches...

In the distance you hear other howls responding....

Mewtwo tries to lead it off further so that others following would have a harder time then turns to fight it!

The trident dodges higher than the pillar; quells the speed of the sands!

The wolf appears next to the forest; defends against the quickening of the stars!

(Mewtwo is CR 4 also, so the dog should go first the next round.)

The claw splits the ricefield; parries the terror of the isle!

Mewtwo tries to crush his opponent with a psionic version of Bigby's Hand...

The dagger angrily dominates the palace; guards against the chi of the eyes!

Although the Dog's attack is ferocious, Mewtwo manages to strike true...

The dog quickly attacks again!

The rat impales the vale; blocks the foray of the shield!

TEETH OF FURY!

The lotus blossom dodges in the midst of the mountain; dominates the chi of the vermin!

In the distance, Mewtwo hears howling... they appear to be getting closer...
