My snowman ranger is now epic...

I've been playing an elven ranger "snowman" (wintertouched/lasting frost) for all my paragon tier. I have to admit in the last levels of it, it was complicated to deal with many critter's cold res.

I've heard that the snowman isn't popular at epic play. If so, what alternatives are there?

I play a Sylvan Archer. I'm wondering which bow and feats I should get if I drop my snowman build.

Morninglord? Radiant weapon, impose radiant vulnerability, and at 21st level, you can get the ability to ignore radiant resistance and immunity with your encounters and dailies.

(also, can get there by multiclassing into Avenger, thus getting the sweet double-roll for two rounds per encounter)

IIRC, Morninglord is a paragon path. I'm a Sylvan Archer.

I was thinking about taking the Deadly Trickster destiny.

What I'm more interested in is what options would be better than my Snowman. What kind of greatbow should I pick (Radiant does seem interesting) and which feat(s) would improve the chosen weapon.

How do you achieve this?

Divine class (or multiclass), Torm's Radiance (epic feat, from Dragon 381).

Other useful bits for a radiant build (aside from "have a friend who's a morninglord" :) are Solar Enemy (channel divinity; impose radiant vulnerability for 2 rounds as a minor), Syberis Shard of Radiance (of course), Radiant Advantage (epic, requires cleric, whenever you deal radiant damage to an enemy, you and your allies gain combat advantage against it until the end of next turn), and Font of Radiance (epic; on a critical, with a radiant power target begins to glow (save ends); enemies in the burst 1 centered on it take 3d6 damage at the end of their turn (including the target).

I'm not going to take anything divine, so I guess that leaves Font of Radiance. Where can I find it, and what are the prereq?
