A Night at the Four Seasons (DM: renau1g, Judge:Ozymandias79)

Damen pops his head back over his rock to see the sudden change in the battle field just as the shifter speaks. Magic. Why did it have to be magic. Sighing, he raises his voice, Someone magical figure out what she means about "fuzzy"! Can't shoot what you can't see! He takes another quick, wide shot at the floating eladrin before ducking behind the rocks and disappearing.[sblock=OOC]RBA w/ Cover @ Range vs E1: AC 13 misses. "What is... Not, not the..." Papolstaanas shakes his head, trying to clear it, then scrambles over another rock and and slashes at the gigantic scorpion with his scimitar, leaving a crack in its carapace that crackles with lightning. He stares at his sword, then the scorpion, in confusion, and looks around as if wondering how he happened to get here.

[sblock=actions]Move: to J21. Athletics to get over the rock: 1d20+7=27.

Minor: oaken resilience (Papolstaanas gains DR 3 for the encounter)

Standard: conductive defense on big scorpion. Vs Reflex: 1d20+8=28 1d8+5=8. Crit die: 1d8=2. 15 lightning damage and, until EoNT, the scorpion takes 4 lightning damage whenever it hits one of my allies. (It's still marked by Kaeysari, though.)

Save vs confusion: 1d20=9 nope.[/sblock]

Persistent Harrier (immediate reaction): The first time during an encounter that P. is hit or missed with an attack, he can melee attack the triggering enemy, even if it is out of melee range (+8 vs AC, 1d8+5 damage). He teleports to a square adjacent to the enemy if he hits.

Blurred Step (special free action 1/turn): If an adjacent enemy marked by P. shifts, P. can shift 1 square in response.

Mind Spike (immediate reaction): If an adjacent enemy marked by P. deals damage to an ally with an attack that doesn’t include P., that enemy takes force and psychic damage equal to the amount its attack dealt to the ally.

Melee basic attack: +6 vs. AC, 1d8+3 damage.

Power Points: 4/4

Conditions: confused, DR 3

Cyr raises his staff and lightning flashes from the sky, hitting squarely into the dragon and it's rider. He moves away from huge beast, though still trying to get closer to the female fey.

"Put the scorpions closer to one another, just a little bit is enough. Though there are no trees here, there were some eons before. There is still power here."

OOC: Or in other words, get them into burst 1 radius so I can drop Fallen Leaves on both. With meleers holding them in place, they'll either eat OA or extra damage from the spell. And if you lot bunch up a little, I can drop +4 AC TENT on more of you. So, whittle that big scorpion down!

[sblock=Actions]
Standard: Vanguards Lightning in E24 vs Ref
(Dragon, Male Eladrin); lightning damage (1d20+8=27, 1d20+8=19, 1d6+6=12)
- not sure if they get cover from the scorpion since they are in the air
If those hit make OAs TENT, they suffer additional 3 lightning damage

Move: R20, one square DT, avoiding rocks.
Minor: Perception (1d20+13=19)

[sblock=tactics]
Oops, I guess putting the angels between the scorpions doesn't help that. If you let me go first next round I can move them out of the way.

Also, I plan to keep using Sacred Flame as long as Kaeysari's still poisoned, and then switch to Astral Seal for a +2 for the next person's attack.
[/sblock]

OOC: Well I tried to run tactics in my IC post. We need to focus fire. Everyone on the ground target something and take it out. People that have the longer ranged attack need to do the same. Preferably taking out the controller confusing people.
