I need clarification on how the warrior stance works in Action careers with androids since thy only have technically 2 defenses to worry about but would mental defense still count for it or not?

If you don't have a MENTAL DEFENSE score, you just ignore that one.

The O.L.D errata had a text replacement for Crippling Strike. Does that include the "Pay 1d6" in the original? That is, does the updated exploit not cost 1d6 anymore?

Thanks,

-Chris

Similar question for other exploits like Disarm. Also, I assume the revisions don't change the requirements. (Or am I wrong and I should be eliminating the requirements too?)

The replacement text is only what’s right there. :)

The descriptions in the original include the payment costs. I take your answer to mean that if the new text doesn't have a payment cost, that means there is no payment cost in the new version of the exploit (where applicable).

But what about the requirements?

It's just the description that's changed. The requirements remain the same.

OK, new question: Given the errata for Hooks, what happens to the extra 1d6 for hooks for being Old (and the additional 1d6 for Engrossing Hobby in "Aging with Grace" in EONS?

Thanks in advance,

-Chris

The errata only covers the core book, not EONS. But I would allow a second hook for old characters. If you live long enough, you have time for two hobbies! (Note, I have not playtested that).
