Unfortunately, it's an Action. They kinda suck after you start getting up in levels, and the really, really expensive ones aren't very good either, unless you want their rider effects. Can Sesto still do a big Everyone Heal? They all need it.

Channel Divinity - Preserve Life is the only Mass Heal I can do (and which I did!). The PCs most in need recovered up to ½ Max HP.

So speaking of being slow... Lorenn hasn't gone yet (it was just an attack of opportunity). So is the following possible: I know no one is in melee with the dragon, and the fog is gone so there is no sneaking either. Is it possible for him to use his familiar to do the help action to enable an attack of opportunity? I know it's feasible in theory, but I don't know if the details are there (range, positioning etc)

I'm not sure what you mean. The Help action and an Attack of Opportunity? In what way? Also his familiar is dead.

To be clear, the Lair Action's Heavy Obscurement Freezing Fog is gone, but the overall misty-and-dark of the environment is still true. Visibility still sucks in general.

Three points/clarifications/questions:

1: The attack of opportunity: what I was trying to say is that in post 981 and 982 are attacks of opportunities when the dragon moved. Kalorn then took his action in post 987, but Lorenn has yet to take his action.

2: So both familiars have been killed? that makes my question about the familiar helping to grant a sneak attack moot.

3: Is stealth possible? (ie can lorenn creep in like last time?)

1) Oh I know Lorenn hasn't acted. You actually said the familiar could grant you an AoO. I get now that you meant Sneak Attack.

2) Which would have worked if they weren't long dead.

3) I can't see any way. Dragons have blind sight so any way you could get up to attack him in melee he'd see you coming. I let it happen before because it was too awesome not to. (Also there was the ice to hide behind and a lot of things going on. I figured it was close enough to working.)

I'm working on a Lorenn post. Won't be too flashy - can't sneak attack :/

Alhana is an accomplished sword fighter too!
And with a troll at her back, she is not very comfortable looking the other way.

Better than shooting with disadvantage against the dragon.

Just to let everyone know... I am trying to get this round rolled, but I've been struggling to get it done. (Actually, I lost a whole post somehow and I haven't had time to recreate it). Hopefully soon!
