They have the Lankhmar license, but the content of the old set is probably WotC property.Wonder why Lankhmar wasn’t an OAR. They obviously have the license.

I don't think enough people have fond memories of the TSR Lankhmar adventures. And WotC may hold the rights for the actual modules jointly with Lieber's estate.Wonder why Lankhmar wasn’t an OAR. They obviously have the license.
I've heard good things about the city product..?I don't think enough people have fond memories of the TSR Lankhmar adventures. And WotC may hold the rights for the actual modules jointly with Lieber's estate.
There's lots of stuff that's remembered fondly that probably isn't notable enough, and doesn't have an interesting enough history, to qualify for an OAR book. (How much more is there to say about Tomb of the Lizard King?)I've heard good things about the city product..?
The small experimental book from earlier this year is excellent. I was iffy on some parts at first, but really came to like it. Strong recommendation for anyone using a Lankhmar-style city in their 5E games. (And frankly, pretty much every major RPG city lifts a ton from Lankhmar.)I think they might still do 5e Lankhmar stuff.
I suspect WoTC holds the right to the old stuff but what Goodman Game used for their DCC Lankhmar boxed set would make a great OAR- Lankhamr reimagined or some such thing.I don't think enough people have fond memories of the TSR Lankhmar adventures. It was good. I just wish they gave 5E the full box set treatment. The small experimental book from earlier this year is excellent. I was iffy on some parts at first, but really came to like it.
