FYI, Bjorn's wildshape lasts 2 hours. I'm guessing we're getting pretty close to that after this short rest (he changed right after our last short rest) - but hopefully enough time to get through the hydra encounter. He still has one more use after this one ends.
My count has it at 1:35 minutes, I think. So he's got 25 minutes, which should be more than enough for the hydra, I suspect.
 






I suppose, for lack of being told anything else to do, Copper is going to hang back with this bow near the cave entrance.
Stryke has taken a liking to Copper and will suggest that the two of you hop back to where you fought the Elf and wait just around the corner for signs of trouble (I will insert coordinates here).
 

Meanwhile, in the caves....

I propose we let the Merc go (the way we came in), or he can be tied up, bound and gagged, like Valendra will be and left with the kobolds. Either way, I think we have the information we need to proceed. Is that right?

Urgan (and others) would likely, by now, have the impression that the Kobolds will likely murder them, or even more likely, throw them to a large beetle in their "battle pit" and watch them fight it. (Probably after maiming them somehow to make the fight more "fair" - for the beetle.
