I got cross-wise on the 100m troopers. With that said, as I understand it, they haven't appeared at all yet. Only the sniper and droids are visible in the vicinity of the 100m tunnel.

The 20m thing appears to have been updated in OOC Post #798 where GreenKarl indicated it was 20m away. I'm not sure if he was incorporating the movement that some of us made, but if that were the case, I think we moved further into the tunnel rather than away from it. At least Cal did to put the sniper within carbine range.

Okay, so it sounds like we want to go up the tunnel with the troopers then?

That does risk us getting sandwiched when the droids come marchin' in.

Or just run pell mell for the empty tunnel?

What's the plan here?

I think the Gand launched its jetpack into that tunnel and shot it, providing us with a smokescreen. I think the plan, as it is, is to focus fire on the droids and sniper and take them out before the smoke from the jetpack clears.

The other option was to move into the closer tunnels with the troopers to break line-of-sight/effect between us and the snipers/droids/rest of the ambush squad moving in possibly from the north tunnel.

Re-reading the IC it does sound like this Gand was going for the troopers in the tunnel. S/He would have needed to move 12 meters to get it into the tunnel so s/he is over by where Cal is right now and the jetpack is in the tunnel. As it is mostly in the tunnel I will rule that it is providing Heavy Obscure for 8 meters into the tunnel but not really any once you are out of it.

Cal shot the sniper in the tunnel before this happened (yes killing him) so there are just the 6 troopers (plus one more) in that tunnel, 60 meters back. They can Dash 2 rounds and be out of the smoke and be able to act on the 3rd round (you can assume ) or they can shot at disadvantage.

Let's do that then. Then the gand will step out of direct line with the 20m-tunnel, shoot the crap out of the droid on the left and take cover from them (i.e. not prone).

I would like you too say in the IC your plan to each other ... i.e. someone should order everyone else around, who to focus on, etc.
