(IC) Against the Giants PBP Group 1

The giant, while staggering, swung his big axe about defensively, making it difficult for Bible to get in a killing blow. Jack sent a quarrel to do the job, but it struck the giant's protective plate and shattered.

OOC: Looks like it's up to Valda @Shadowedeyes or Quinn?

As the giant stumbled, Valda thrust her sword up from below his breastplate, and he fell to the ground, dead. The young one burned in her fiery rings.

The courtyard was, once again, clear.

OOC: Where to? 1) Doors to the Kitchens; 2) Doors to a place I'm pretty sure that you have NOT been, but suspect that they would be dorms; 3) Another chimney climb?

"We've been through the gianks' kitchen already," Bible says nodding at the doors to the west, "and we know the way to the chief's hall from there and that it's somewhere to the south of us."

Bible scans the top of the chimney to see any signs of a fire down below.

"That could lead us straight there or close enoughk," she says to her companions, "or we could try the doors on the lefk which might get us in to the hall without us gettin' surrounded from behind by guards, but we might have to fight our way through. Whad'ja say?"

Jack squinted at the chimney, looking for any signs of smoke.

"I say we climb up and then down again," Jack said, gesturing towards the large chimney. "With a little luck, we'll catch 'em unawares." He then swung Darling over his shoulder while giving the dead giants a quick onceover to see if they anything of value.

Quinn nods towards Cordit.

"Cordit won't fit down the chimney as an ape."

Quinn motions towards the kitchen.

"Unless we want to lose his form going through the kitchen is the best idea." Quinn scratches his chin. "I could scout the great hall again? Last time I was able to fly through the firepits smoke hole. If I remeber well enough it could even be a good vantage point for Jack to snipe from."
