OOC: I think the dragon is dead (Kauldron's javelin should have killed it, so it's dead before its turn starts and the flaming sphere kills it). But Cyr is taking ongoing fire damage. Papolstaanas's save vs death: 1d20=5 2 failed so far.

Cyr saves from fire and death!

As the dragon falls, fire flares from deep red to bright silver as deva raises from the dead.

"Don't worry about me, I'll stay a bit more in this life. Mireva and Joven are potent protectors, glory to them!"

The combination of insidious flames, deadly accurate bolts, and the timely toss of of a javelin fell the great beast of fire. With an explosion of ashes the creature's form dissipates and is blown away by the strong winds.

The portal stands ominously, silently, as the group administers first aid to the unconscious kobold and after some wait, Tarkus wakes up also.

OOC: In this instance I'll allow multiple short rests, but typically I'm not crazy about them.

OOC: Kauldron's at 4 Healing Surges left for today before spending to heal up. I'm guessing that it'll take 3 surges to get back to full hp even with the Healing Words added, leaving Kauldron with 1 surge left for today for the next battle. Kauldron won't be tanking much next battle. Just so people get a heads up is all.
