Flervin sees his new adventuring companion being mercilessly hit, and becomes enraged at the sight of the foul insects attempt to overcome. He dashes in to hit as many enemies as he can in an effort to help bring them down faster.

Nicodemus breaths another alien skull, this time over the front most part of the swarm. He moves forward and then around back to just north of where he was before, still difficult to see for all the bobbing blobs of energy around him. A globe of raw purple energy collapses into his thin form as a pair of jagged violet bolts crackle out of his eyes to hit the ground right outside the leading edge of the swarm.

Lenyara stepped back a pace, then rushed forward towards the remaining larger centipede. She lashed out with the braids of her net, entangling the pincers around the bug's mouth, then stabbed out with her long knife- as she drove the blade in she twisted her wrist, wrenching the creature over onto its back. Then she danced backwards, out of biting range...

Seeing the insects swarming around Lab, Ashurn takes this chance to reposition himself besides Nico and then, with a burst of speed, barrelling towards one of the swarm. With a combination of slashing and stomping, Ashurn manage to kill a few of the bugs before doing a backflip to avoid getting bitten himself. Cursing silently that his attacks are so ineffective.

Emsy sees the minotaur getting pounded and begins to sing a luring tune. Labraundos' massive hooves leave furrows in the dirty cave floor as he slides back toward the bard a step, his wounds closing along the way. The deva curls the final note into a sharp note, and a peel of thunder makes the large centipede twitch. The paladin takes this opportunity to bury his greataxe in the beast's side as it is flung back between the two remaining parts of the swarm. "You'll be much safer back here my fuzzy friend."

OOC: Cheers sooo much; I'll post tomorrow :). I did kind of bank on the healing. Still weak from poison, so damage on MBA will be half. Pretty sure I'll be switching that effect off, mind!

Labraundos is relieved to to get away momentarily from the smaller insects. He steadies himself and shakes off the effect of the poison before wading back in to the nearest swarm. He swings the flat of his greataxe down into the mass, making what sounds to him like a satisfying crunch.

Minor action: Labraundos uses Virtue's Touch, so that he is no longer Weakened.

The combined swarm of smaller centipedes rolls south, encroaching on Labraundos, Lenyara, and Flervin. Labraundos is once again assaulted by a surge of the bugs, their tiny bites delivering a potent venom. Meanwhile, the giant centipede slithers toward Ashurn and slams face-first into him. Its mandibles leave a gash in the rogue's arm, and the wound is drenched in a slimy black mucus.
