Are the Warforged underpowered?

OTOH, never being able to benefit from a heroes feast could be a pretty bad downside.

A normal warforged can consume food and potions, he just doesn't need to. He can still take advantage of special consumables though.

However, if he takes a few levels of the PrC Warforged Juggernaut, he loses that ability (at least the ability to get the advantage of heroes feast - not sure about potions off-hand).

The only warforged I thought was underpowered was the Warforged scout from MMIII.

+2 Dex, -2 Str, -2 Wis, -2 Cha

Yeah, I want those attribute modifiers.
