Odd’s are 2 to 1 in favor of Capun’ Lee Adama against Sassy Staruck Kara Thrace!

Odd’s are 3 to 2 in favor of Chief Tyrol against Good Skin Bill Adama!

Just a note in advance predicting this episode will be below grade, tepid, mid-season filler. *sigh*

Still - I'll be watching, as ever.

HOLIE FRAK!!!

ADAMA IS IN THE RING!!!

(teleplayed by friend, by phone, while at work)

UPDATE:The admiral is down.

Chief Tyrol...is the winner.

NEXT:Body riping Apollo vs Pick 'em & leave 'em Starbuck..

I watch shows like this, that feature boxing or something similar, and I am always reminded of a line from a John Wayne movie, but I can't remember which one. Someone says to Wayne's character "It was just a friendly fight," and Wayne's character says "I've never been in one of those."

I've never been in a friendly fist fight and it seems a deeply irrational method of letting by-gones be by-gones to have people beat each other in the face.

At least they kept it bloody and Rosyln's responce was a surpise.

I was right about who would win in the Tyrol v. Adama fight. I was wrong about it in the Apollo v. Helo and Apollo v. Starbuck fight.

So, Starbuck and Apollo did knock boots, and then Starbuck bolted. Hrm...

Seems a bloody and round about way to get back to the status quo.

Did you notice, there was no Baltar or Six in this episode?

I find myself absurdly fond of this episode. Nice way to get a glimpse at the missing year. Strictly a character development episode.

Word.

Well done, and IMO important to the story. Good stuff.
