Buildling a new character, Warlock/Sorcerer

So, I'm getting a break from DMing for a while, and one of my players is taking over, starting us at 3rd level.

I'm thinking of playing a CG Human Warlock 1 / Sorcerer 2, and building up eventually to a Warlock 1 / Sorcerer 4 / Fiend-Blooded X. Here's what I figure so far:

Eldritch Blast: replaces the need for any 1st level attack spells
Invocation: Baleful Utterance
Feats: Cloak of the Obyrith, Eschew Materials, Blood Calls to Blood
Spells - 1 - Ray of Enfeeblement, Cause Fear
Starting Equip: +1 Leather Armor, Cloak of Resistance +1, MW Cold Iron Dagger, Scrolls

Here's what I think I'll build toward:

Feats - 6th level - Spell Focus (necromancy), 9th - Improved Familiar (quasit), 12th - ???
Spells - Veil of the Inevitable, Scorching Ray

Suggestions or ideas to help my idea? The Fiend-Blooded prestige class gives access to non Sor/Wiz spells to be known - I'm interested to hear what might be good 3rd, 4th, and 5th level choices. Thoughts?
