TCE included rules to allow changing fighting style with an ASI. Do the 2024 rules allow this or any way to change fighting style feat?

Even if it isn't explicit in the 2024 rules, the foundation of compatibility they've displayed says any rule that doesn't explicitly overwrite another remains active.

Tasha's ability to swap fighting styles would therefore be permitted

Fighters can change their fighting style feat any time they gain a new level in Fighter.

Paladins and Rangers don't have this written though, theirs only say they can change the cantrips selected by Blessed Warrior or Druidic Warrior every time they level up.

I don't think Tasha's rules applies because Figthing Styles are feats now.

That seems like a rather nitpicky interpretation of the wording to conclude that "you may replace a fighting style you know" doesn't apply anymore because they are "fighting style feats" now. You could be correct though! As always it will be a table by table decision for each DM

I could see an argument that the 2024 PHB specifies that Fighters can change fighting style feats because Fighters are buffed to allow them to change every level (as opposed only levels that provide ASI's), and then Paladins/Rangers don't mention it since nothing is new from the Tasha's Optional rules other than being allowed to change the cantrips every level. This is what I would rule as a DM unless Sage Advice clarifies otherwise
