Does an Cloud Giant wielding a throwing axe still have the exact same range increment as a medium creature? Even though it has 15 feet of natural reach, it suffers a -2 penalty if it throws an axe at something WITHIN that reach? To make it even more ludicrous, would a Cloud Giant wielding a net of equal size still have maximum range of 10', even though that is well within it's natural reach and the weapon is of size huge?
