denny crane in Star Trek

I am watching an old eposide of the original series. I think the title is "the Deadly years" or something like that.

The plot is that there is some kind of radiation which causes the crew to age very quickly. The funny part is to hear Shattner. Reciently I have found it hard to take him seriously but in this show I really want to heat him complain about that damn Mad Cow

nitpick, and I totally apologize for doing it, but it's Denny Crane. He does seem to be exercising his comedy muscules lately though. He's not too bad in the serious comedic role.

Two Emmys in two years for doing it. And, I gotta say, he's really matured into a pretty nuanced guy. While Denny is mostly played for laughs, there are some surprisingly touching moments that I never thought Shatner could manage in the past.

The Shatner doubters should also check out his album Has Been, which has to be heard to be believed.
