This is ridicioulus. The Internet is not owned by Britain! If I, as a resident of Sweden, want to visit said censored websites whom the British government dislike it is my damn right to do so without interference from a foreign government. Britain has shut down sites they don't agree with. Just wait when China does the very same thing.

We criticize terrorists for choosing violence over speech to make their point. Then we take away their ability to speak...

Fact point: China already does block their people from evil dirty western talk of freedom. I doubt you will ever be blocked by China where you live tho.

Otherwise I agree with you. Our local telecom is currently blocking their customers from reaching said telecoms union which is currently in revolt, and it is disconcerting.
