...With a dash, a dash, and a bonus dash, using stealth, that's still 45 feet.

I'm not your DM, and there's tons of argument on the subject, but AFIK, that's not quite how stealth works in 5e. From what I gather, you only move slower with Stealth when you're doing overland travel (and usually 2/3 of normal speed, IIRC). In combat rounds, you move to a place where you're unseen (so out of line-of-sight) at normal speed, then you use the Hide action (or Hide as a bonus action if you've got cunning action).

My point is... if you Move-Dash-Hide with a 30-foot speed, you should be able to go 60 feet.

Sorry if I butted in.

To keep your stealth, you need to move at 1/2 speed. So you are correct FitzTheRuke you could move, dash, then cunning action hide, but after that you would be traveling at 1/2 speed to keep your stealth up.

I think you'll need to clarify if your character moves then hides or tries to approach stealthily. In pbp communication is key.

BTW: Darian is stlll in melee range from where he is. 30' move, 30' dash (bonus action), and attack.
