You know he doesn't have a costumer service dept except for maybe himself, and one other staff member, so if he stopped to take the time to respond to every ones email then he wouldn't; be shipping out the orders. what is he to do if he doesn't; pack your orders you complain, but if he stops and takes time to respond to your emails and answers calls then you complain because it is taking so long.
