I still see one formatting error on the 2nd page (upper right corner), but otherwise looks great!

I wonder if you could have a pet subclass, using the UA/Steel Defender style creature blocks, and simply allow that highly trained creature to have an int of 6, or to be able to benefit from all warlord abilities that apply to an ally.
I like the idea of a warlord with a wardog or a falcon.
This is what I see, it appears that I am missing something over in the right-hand corner.Hmm I don't see it myself... but the whole control on column at Homebrewery is a tad dubious at times. As long as its readable it'll do for now.

Support classes need the infrequent/high-impact and versatility that D&D leaves design space for only in limited-use resources.
Interesting. I can't imagine how you could make that work, especially as not all allies - the rogue you're basing it off of, and the Champion, for instance - do have such resources. But, I'll take a look at what you come up with, and playtest results'd be interesting, of course.Challenging this paradigm is kind of the point of the exercise. The idea is that the Warlord himself doesn't need high-impact ressources, their ALLIES have them and their job is making sure those ressources don't get wasted.
